So I took my little quiz at the start and found out the I’m a green! 💚! I’ve been following my green path since the start of month and I’m not only loving my results but seriously responding to the flexibility and versatility that this plan allows!! So based on my age, height, weight and current goals- I’m allocated 30 points a day!! Which is loads trust me!! I’ve actually found I’m eating more than ever and really loving trying all the recipes that you can find on the app and of course in the lovely cookbooks like this one too! On top of my daily points there’s loads of zero points food you can enjoy... everything from apricots to watermelon, tomato’s to raspberries and all things in between!! 😂😍 I usually have around 8-10 points for my breakfast and lunch, and have between 10-14 for my dinner- as I like a bigger meal in the evenings- and it means I can sit and eat with Ercan and not get food envy!! 😂 And if I do want anything else throughout the day I snack on zero point foods like berries, grapes or hartleys 10 cal jelly pots!
