I’ve noticed on social media that everyone talks about motivation but nobody talks about discipline, and you cannot separate the two.

What is the point of motivation without action? That’s where discipline comes in.

Most of us don’t ‘feel like’ putting in effort, from working to working out. What makes it easier though, is habit.
.
Using @1stphorm megawatt pre-workout is part of my routine because it gives an extra boost of energy when you need it, and I personally need it more often than not!

*side note-for night time workouts I recommend using a smaller amount, or alphacre hd- also from @1stphorm as it’s less stimulant before sleeping.
