PHOTO ON THE LEFT: I would get called “manly.” People would comment on my photo “EW” and they would tell me I’ve lost all my femininity. PHOTO ON THE RIGHT: Someone actually told me that I was “TOO BIG” to be giving nutritional and workout advice. I’ve even been called fat. I’ve been on both sides of the scale. I’ve been a size small and I’ve been a size large. I’ve done advance level workouts. I’ve been a beginner.... BUT I’M HERE TO TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN’T (and won’t) PLEASE EVERYONE (so don’t even try, just live your life for yourself) No matter how fit you are or are not. There will be trolls, haters and keyboard warriors. I believe that every person in every skin deserves to be proud of where they are and should never be put down because we don’t know their story.
