We created this series about honouring ‘the feminine’ - our bodies, our intuition, our creativity. & I’ll complete this post with one of the best practices I’ve learned (from @indigomoonenemark )for cultivating this kind of relationship with your body: BODY PRAYER Find a comfortable seat Close your eyes Take a few deep breaths Inhale tune into your body Exhale release any tension & anything that doesn’t serve you to hold on to Bring your hands to your heart and ask yourself what you’d like to feel or cultivate more of in your body and being presently Bring your palms in prayer just in front of your face  Take 3 deep breaths Inhale feel your intention Exhale breath the intention into your hands  Then begin at the crown of your head and sweep your hands over your entire body, imbuing every cell with your intention When your finished at your feet, sit in stillness again for a few final breaths to feel the effects ✨」2月7日 18時41分 - ameliazadro
