I didn’t have a feeding plan at all & I used to be totally freaked out at the thought of pumping/ breast pads / breast storage bags ... it was completely alien to me👽 But it’s funny how they quickly teach you what’s, what 😂 so don’t worry if you are pregnant and don’t know anything - it will all make sense later ! I’ve been lucky that she’s taught me what I needed to do and it’s worked out for us ! So I want to share our experience with you guys. I made A LOT of milk... But I found pure boob feeding a little overwhelming as I felt like I couldn’t get back into my own routines ( taking a shower etc..) Plus it was hard for Dan not being able to feed her. So I started pumping and wow what a game changer !!! Sharing night feeds ? YES PLEASE !! I got on so well with pumping & it completely took away that ‘engorged’ feeling for me and I haven’t had any #mastitis or pain since!!
