Only did hiking and never went to gym. Didn’t love myself because of the abuse I got from my ex husband during this time. Didn’t eat much because of all the fighting caused so much stress on my body. Didn’t love myself enough to seek help.. makes me so sad to remember that this was actually me. I know why I got the cancer... I didn’t fuel my mind or body with love. I just suffered daily because of my environment, I felt stuck! Now I’m happy to say, I go to gym and lift heavy weights 5/6 days a week. Fuel my body with clean plant based nutrients. No drinking or anything toxic. Organic and lots of supplements! Im in a healthy relationship and completely away from any toxic people or products. I beat my cancer and will continue on my health journey. I am so happy and love myself fully. I have grown and learned so much and I believe bad times are supposed to happen to make us stronger, mentally and physically!
