The last couple of months I’ve been driving too much, praying too little, writing to do lists vs gratitude lists. It’s almost spring and I haven’t given my plants new soil, nor have a made the same efforts for my yoga practice @ramainstitute ... combine all of that and yes you’ll wake up with a pain in your heart.
