African Americans, were one of the first recorded Cowboys in American history during the 18th century. Because of racism, early cowboys faced much discrimination, and were prohibited from staying at hotels as well as eating at certain restaurants. Despite this all, the Black cowboys stayed resilient and true to themselves. #BHM
