It is a big step, some might even say a leap, to make the choice to evolve. It means turning the mirror on ourselves, taking ownership and responsibility for how and where we direct our energy and attention and for the ripple affect of every action! We avoid this kind of work because we fear that if we lift the curtain to our inner world, we might not be able to tolerate what lies behind it or, even more daunting, that we will have to listen to the voice within encouraging a particular kind of life change.
