I love finding out what my body is capable of. When I first started doing unassisted chin ups I could only do one. Now I can do 12+.. the human body is amazing. Never doubt your strength, if you want to be able to do something all you gotta do is START! @thebodybyellie * yes my form is not perfect here. I’d finished a full strength workout and run beforehand so I was super fatigued but wanted to do it anyway 😂
