I believe we live most of the time without being present in the moment, we always have in our heads the next thing we gotta do, the work we are missing, the emails we have to send.. And this way, life goes by with us not being present in what we are living. So what I’ve been doing lately, is trying to be present since the first time in the morning when I have a shower, Enjoying the warm water, something we take for granted and for many people would be a dream.
