I had a flight to New Jersey recently from Louisville and Ana was our flight attendant. She was so warm and kind, had a great sense of humor, made all our interactions with her fun, she went out of her way to make everyone comfortable... i felt like our flight had a Mom for 2 hours. She was so engaging, encouraging and lively... I just had to take a picture with her. I fangirl over amazing people. Ana, wherever you are, you rock. And #UnitedAirlines, well done hiring this woman. In fact, my next flight from Newark to LAX was also staffed with great people and, even though i got stuck with a seat that didn’t recline for 6 hours (which sucks but it happens- that’s just life sometimes) your crew did everything they could to make up for it. (Actually, i forgot to mention the ground crew in Louisville even waved some extra fees when they found I was headed to NJ for a funeral. Just a really stellar team over there.
