Its nothing spectacular, just a wide shot from the ground of the final crux section, but @pdufraisse was kind enough to run up and film me climbing so I might have a nice little souvenir if I sent, and I admit I’m very grateful this little clip exists 🙌🏻 It brings back amazing memories and sensations from last years battle with the beast of a route, especially the mental aspect of the experience 👐🏻 Watching it again after so long reminds me of the peace we must find with ourselves and our surroundings in order to accomplish our goals 🙇🏻‍♂️ As I reflect on that wisdom amidst my full blown siege of La Capella [9B] which is over a month long now, and way way down the rabbit hole 🤯 I need to remember to truly embrace the moment, listen to the birds, and just think about the climbing ; not operate within some premeditated vision of accomplishing my goal, but try to let the goal unfold on its own and enjoy what happens 😳 This advice might help me move onward in my journey, I think I needed that reminder, let’s see what happens tomorrow 🤔 A MUERTE 🤪🤪🤪Check my IG TV for the clip 🤟 !!! @adidas @adidasterrex @fiveten_official @petzl_official @climb_up_officiel @frictionlabs @sendclimbing @climbskinspain @alizee_dufraisse 😘」3月4日 5時14分
