I’m glad there is a day that celebrates and highlights women - their thoughts, dreams, work, and accomplishments. It makes me happier that the focus this year seems to be on equality.

With all the awareness that today brings, I hope we are reminded that there is still so much work to be done.

If something you see today encourages you to be kinder, more grateful, or tell someone you admire that you appreciate them, realize that is something you can do EVERY day.

When you have nice thoughts, don’t keep them to yourself. We all do better when we raise each other up and see each other as equals.
