My journey towards this event has been beyond hard and beyond incredible at the same time. We fought as a team towards the end of the season that unfortunately ended earlier than hoped, they had their reasons and we all need to understand and accept them wanting everyone to stay safe. I want to ONES MORE thank the team and my dear daddy and mommy, who have been right behind me pushing me every single step I have taken ever since I was able to set my first ones. This news we got is unfortunate for all the athletes and teams that have worked so hard to be their very best next week, and for everyone else involved. But I am one lucky girl to have the best family and coaches team in the entire world. I don’t need to prove to you all that I was worth standing on the worlds ice, I don’t need a medal to prove that I have already won. Because I found a circle that is priceless.
