And as much as I loved the costume the wardrobe dept built for this dance, it’s kinda cool to see it here in street clothes. This was likely our second or third time running this dance in the ballroom, and it was the MOST exhausting one of my time on the show - you can see me fighting my tired-ass legs to make it all the way up to the stage at the end. Also worth noting... according to my calendar, I also had a sports massage, my kid’s soccer game, a friend’s baby shower, and more rehearsal at the studio after this. And we had family in town staying at our house. I feel like we could all probably use this forced down time to recognize just how busy we were before... and to strategize how to prioritize as we move forward.
