For as long as I can remember I’ve struggled with chronic back & shoulder pain. I was seeing a chiropractor three times a week, I was constantly uncomfortable and it was taking a toll on my mental health. I didn’t know what to do, I assumed I’d have back pain forever because of my body. Then I started going to @dogpound 🖤 and ever since I’ve been training my back weekly! I feel myself getting stronger everyday and the pain is going away.
