Quarantine day 3
It was raining last night and this morning was pretty cold and dark.
But I can't blame about it.
I'm happy that I could still run.
I took a different path today.
Still I can find different flowers.
I wasn't sure this path have flowers but I could find.
Happy moments.
One of my work today and I also recommend is for toes.
自粛生活3日目。
昨晩は、雨が降ったので、今朝は肌寒く曇っていました。
でも、まだ走れたので良かったです。
今日も違った道を通ったのですが、また違う種類のお花を見つけました。
今朝の道は、花があるか、あまり自信がなかったのですが、あってびっくり。
ちょっとした幸せ。
私の今日のトレーニングでもあり、オススメは足の指トレーニングです。
