Hey y’all, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with @uchealth to come up with some at-home programs SPECIFICALLY designed for swimmers to do at home, while everyone is experiencing a little less pool time🤗💪🏻 A lot of you are asking for things to do at home so I really hope this helps💕 This week is all about SHOULDERS! When it comes to swimming every muscle around the shoulder counts! Week one of this program is designed to mobilize and stabilize your shoulder to optimize each swimming stroke. Even when we are away from the water we can use these exercises to prepare our bodies for when we return to the pool! Compete these exercises everyday as described, and each week I will be sending out additional exercises to add to your dryland training. Keep me posted on your progress❤️ So proud of all of you!!
