1️⃣ Lunge taps - 40secs
2️⃣ Burpee Pulses - 40secs
3️⃣ Press up/shoulder taps - 40secs
4️⃣ Squat punches - 40secs
5️⃣ Wheel barrows - 40sec (switch over at 20 secs)

**4 rounds of each workout with 1min rest between rounds
