Hopefully it might inspire more of us to do the same. If you know anyone that lives near you that’s vulnerable you could maybe do the same, not just in terms of their essential needs but a phone call or txt too so they don’t feel so isolated if they live alone. This goes for anyone that lives by themselves not just the elderly or vulnerable, Mental health is so important during this time also. Please bare in mind ..... Make sure you have no symptoms yourself or have been at possible risk of contracting. Wash your hands thoroughly before shopping for others & wear gloves & masks if you can to be extra safe. Don’t touch your face, body or anything you don’t need to while doing the shopping & dropping it off outside their door.
