-cone drills
2) LEGS
-squats
-single leg lunges or pistol squats
-abduction w/Resistance band OR clamshells w/o equipment
-hamstring curls w/sliding discs OR glute bridges w/o equipment
3) ARMS *get creative to add weight to each exercise
-bicep curls
-tricep extensions
-rows
-cable extensions
4) CORE
-plank hold
-Russian twists/bicycles
-cable rotations
-leg raises
5) DANCE! There are plenty of free online dance classes available!
