My best way of getting a solid workout in these days.... strapping Herman on my back and start walking/climbing. Sometimes the easiest way is the best way! Yesterday we did a 5 km straight uphill, climbed 290 meters in elevation change.... that had me sweating with almost an xtra 16kg on my back. Hope everyone is staying safe and taking care of their loved ones during these difficult times! Together we can do this.
