Go for 2 or 3 sets with 20 seconds rest in between excercises, 5 min rest in between sets:
- 20 Single Leg Jumps (each side)
- 30 sec Russian Twist
- 20 sec One Leg V-Sits (each side)
- 15 Bent-over-Row
- 30 sec Bukovec
- 30 sec Slam Ball
- 30 sec Explosive Push Ups
- 10 Jumping Lunges
