Ingredients: Semolina - 6tbsp (~80ml) Milk - 2 cups Shredded pumpkin - 2/3 cup (Picture 3) Pumpkin seeds to sprinkle at the end.  Cooking time : 40 min Makes 2-3 servings  I go with a regular milk,  but to make a vegan friendly version,  use the milk you prefer.  1. Add semolina (picture 4) and milk in a pan (picture 5), cook on a medium heat for about 20 min. Stur occasionally. Make sure, it doesnt stick to the bottom of the pan. *Tip: add semolina in a COLD milk to avoid climbs. 2. When the porridge thickens ( picture 6), add shredded pumpkin and  cook for about 3 more min. Stur occasionally. 3. Turn the heat off, let it cool for a few min. 4. Serve and enjoy!  You can add any seeds , dried fruits, honey, cinnamon etc. up to your taste.  I add a tiny piece of butter (~1/2 tsp) in my porridge, let it melt and mix with the rest. Ingredients:
