Hi guys, sorry I’ve been a little MIA. I began my quarantine with a strong resolve, keeping busy and building new healthy habits. After a few weeks though, the time started to blend together. Hearing of rising death tolls and facing so much uncertainty, I fell into a slump. I didn’t want to do talk to any one, I wanted to go to sleep and wake up when this was over. Slowly, I’m taking the steps to crawl out of that dark place I was in, like reaching out to friends, making a schedule, and above all remembering to be grateful. It’s important to note that we’re all in this together, so you’re not alone if you’ve been feeling the weight of this situation. Communicate with your loved ones, stay at home as much as possible, and keep your head up. Love you guys 💙
