I hope you know how grateful I am to each of you for your generosity. As we learn more about the corona virus and how it is a respiratory issue I have come up with a way to support the @lungassociations efforts to raise funds for resaech and support for patients during this crucial time! Get involved with me by: 1. Joining me on May 2 at 9am PST for a live Instagram workout where we will end by climbing together. We will be missing the “Climb For Air” event which was scheduled on this day but I wanted to find a way to still involve the 600+ people who already signed up! So PLEASE JOIN US! It will be about 30 minutes and have body weight no equipment moves for all levels! Make sure to snap a photo or video clip to share your participation and get others involved. 2. In preparation for this workout and to honor the “Fight for Air.” I am starting a #ClimbAgainstCovid Challenge. Where you do 19 mountain climbers and post it with the hashtag to your social media. In this way we are raising awareness and from this is educating others of the need for funds to support the research being done now!
