Not a bad first attempt at home grooming during quarantine 😝 I can’t cut my hair much due to filming🎥 but had to tame the fro and tidy the scruff for myself. In these times we have to think of others, those more vulnerable then ourselves, be part of the cure not the problem,but we must not forget self love too. Look after yourselves. If you can, maintain some form of exercise or isolated walking/jogging. Even sit ups, press ups, squats whatever you can at home. Watch and try routines out online. Don’t get me wrong it was fun to trim my hair and something to do, but I needed to also freshen up to feel better about myself. Wash your hair, shave your face,legs, get out of your sweats now and then or walk around the home naked. Just Remain spontaneous and feed your minds. Read a new book, draw, write,do puzzles, I’m even trying to learn Spanish, yo hablo espanol😝🤷🏾‍♂️ Lastly as someone who has experienced personal loss recently, use this time where life has slowed down to reach out to family more and laugh with friends. My group chats with family and friends have made me smile every day and brought us closer. Help each other through these tough times and when this is all over hopefully we DONT go back to normal but to an improved world where we care for each other more, we care about the environment. We long for human touch so instead of texting we actually go and spend time with friends and family, we focus on simple positives in our day like leaving the house, meeting friends,going to work,restaurants, haircuts,walking through nature,enjoying sports,music,events. Being quarantined for so long maybe this will teach us all how to live, not just exist, to want to experience more, travel more. I just wish the best for all of you and your people during this time and beyond.
