6 frog jumps
40 double skips

20 double skips
8 burpees
30 double skips
8 burpees
40 double skips
8 burpees
50 double skips
8 burpees
Try to complete with as little rest and as few mistakes on the skips as possible!! 💪🏻👊🏻
