今回、原沢選手よりバトンを頂きました。
柔道ができない、トレーニングをする場所がない！今は、自分の柔道を成長させるチャンスです。普段は強くなる為に柔道の稽古をしてます。今の時期は勝つ為に自分の柔道を研究しましょう。
強くなる為には稽古。
