While we are in quarantine it is so unbelievably important that we keep our mental health in check. I want to take the time to introduce you all to a dear dear friend of mine @kelss_recovery_ she is 16 years old and is struggling with OCD while being in quarantine. She like many other dealing with severe mental health issues has been completely cut off from her support groups and vital daily routine due to this pandemic. This is why @kelss_recovery_ decided to do one of the bravest things I have ever seen and started her page to highlight what she is going through in a bid to connect with and help others suffering from OCD. She wants to make a difference even though she is really struggling. Her dream is to one day become a nurse so she can help others and share her story. Her gentle but realistic approach is also helpful for parents so they can see what young people who suffer from OCD are going through. She’s not trying preach or trigger she’s just trying to be real and honest! She is approachable and will always answer questions relevant to mental health!
