Seth is a good American runner and awesome person who vlogs on YouTube 🎥 . Running a 10km hard after just coming off a 2 week end of season training break was painful! My longest run since the break had only been around 11km easy (my longest run is usually around 18-20km) haha. But it was a good challenge, gave us useful data and it was fun to take part in a global event! 🏃‍♀️📈😊 . Sometimes I think it's good to race when we are not race fit, to make us appreciate when we are peaked and also to run for the enjoyment of running without fixating on times. ♥️ . We are taking the gradual approach to building towards more mileage and quality sessions this time without rushing and over doing it with the extra time we now have before track racing. 🗓️ . It has been good to have some time to focus on other things through this tough time, including our new business @stayfitwiththesmits 💪and having some time out. 📖🥧 .
