Being confined can be an opportunity to pause and reflect. In early morning, my younger son joins my wife as she finishes her meditation. Personally, I have found that doing physical work is my meditation; it’s always been hard to sit still. That’s one reason why I became a photographer. Nowadays I work in our vegetable garden, a passion that has intensified over the last few weeks. I feel very privileged.
