Laura lights up a room with her smile , never shied away from tough conversations but made me feel every time like she had my back and was 💯 there to support me. Calls and tests out of hours .. you would have thought I was her only patient. She also encouraged me to bring my 6 year old to appointments, answered any questions he had and made it fun for him. I actually looked forward to appointments as I always left feeling positive and happy.
