Remaining close with Vanessa Beecroft following the collaboration at the Moncler House of Genius in 2019. The artist opens up on creativity at home:
'The remoteness has created a sense of calm and peace that was hard to achieve before. It has allowed concentration. The world of nature has found space. We find ourselves again, bare of all that was unnecessary and excessive. Now I draw in my bedroom, on a table, creating smaller images than the ones I painted at the studio, using charcoal rather than oil. I wonder what the destiny of us all is now'.
