Through all the trials and tribulations you’ve been the one constant in Cara and I’s lives. You’ve been the person we could each count on now matter the situation to help us through. You have and continue to be my biggest fan, have always supported my goals and dreams now matter how far fetched they’ve been, but most importantly you been the mother that’s never given up on Cara or I. To say we wouldn’t be the humans we are and accomplished all the things we’ve done thus far is a major understatement. You’ve never shied away from telling us what we need to do to be successful but also allowed us to make our own mistakes all the while supporting us through and through no matter the outcome. As a family we’ve gone down to the lowest of lows but have also experienced more highs, always together. I cannot thank you enough for everything you do for us on a daily basis. I wish more than anything I could be there to celebrate this momentous day with you but I know you’ll have just as great a day without me there. I hope the next 50 years bring you just as much joy and happiness as this first 50 has.
