Alright - so here’s an idea to spice up your training this week.
Fill up your backpack with some things from around the house (tins on tins work really well) And you’re ready for an at-home strength workout! 
We’re hitting your 6 key movement patterns here - to make sure we’re covering ALL your bases. Here’s what you’ve got:
1 Back 1 1/2 Squats
2 Overhead Lunges
3 Bent Over Row
4 Plank Pull Throughs
5 Russian Twists
6 Squat to Press
Aim for between 12-15 for each of these exercises and work your way through 3-4 sets⚡️
