Love this workout because it really makes you focus on small movements, strengthening important stabiliser muscles & building awareness of good technique 👌🏼 PLUS, it’s a real burner!! 😉🔥
FULL WORKOUT is in the May Madness Challenge (including warm up, another new circuit & real time tips + guidance from me! ☺️)...but, here is a sneak peak:

BEGINNER: 10 reps x 2 Rounds
INTERMEDIATE: 15 reps x 3 Rounds
ADVANCED: 20 reps x 4 Rounds
▪️3 SUMO PULSES TO TOES
▪️SIDE PLANK LEG LIFTS
▪️LUNGE HOLD KNEE DROP
▪️GLUTE BRIDGE COMBO (Hip Lifts, then Pulses, then Hip Lift Squeeze Out - No rest between. Do chosen level for each exercise eg. Beginner = 10 x Hip Lifts > 10 x Pulses > 10 x Squeeze Outs)
