« During Bruno Sialelli’s first collection at the Musee Cluny in Paris, I remember looking down at the carpet and seeing the tiny graphic daisies drawn between the J’s and the L’s. They appeared on the shirts, the skirts and painted on the back of Men’s trousers - it was wonderful later in the year to have access to the archive and see the daisies embroidered as delicate early samples, scattered on children’s clothes, and remembered with every reference to Madame Lanvin’s daughter Marguerite.
