A dozen of the top BJJ instructors in Canada and internationally are coming together to help support our life-saving heroes. Each superstar instructor will run a mini seminar for intermediate to advanced practitioners, followed by a solo at-home beginner’s intro to Jiu-Jitsu session at 3PM EST.
