Have 10 minutes? Find a soft surface and get your joints rolling. Hugging your knees to your chest, opening and closing your knees, foam roll, or lay over the side of your bed to help open all those tight back muscles. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
