I jokingly asked her what I could do, maybe sing her a song. I was surprised when she said, "would you?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So I went to my piano, put the phone on speaker and played her the first verse of a sweet song. To my surprise, I heard her singing along, somewhere in the call center. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During the verse, I could hear her choking up as she sang. Afterwards, she said that was her favorite song.
