So the no1 question I get asked is ‘How do you stay motivated to workout?’ I usually answer this very easily but right now 2 weeks after my all clear post natal checks, I haven’t trained 😅
I am genuinely very tired with a newborn BUT somedays not as much and I still find an excuse 🤦🏽♀️ I definitely can do a 15-30min workout & I know it will make me feel great afterwards mentally and physically .... so I’m writing this to commit to at least 1 @rwl workout next week!!! Make sure I stick to it guys!!! Is anyone else with me!?!? NO MORE EXCUSES!!
