so grateful to be part of this home shoot with @numero_russia & @numero_generation_z ❤️ 📷: @bohnes these times at home have at times been mentally challenging for me but also has made me look at things differently and has forced me to get creative with my life and time. I started modeling almost 10 years ago and have never really hit pause. Being reminded of how important it is to check in with yourself is what I am most grateful for with this lockdown. I have always run so fast that I never stopped to asked if I was mentally doing okay. I would occasionally get panic attacks but there was always another flight to Catch so it quickly got brushed away and swept under the rug. Living became robotic. I guess where I’m trying to go with this.. don’t sweep your stress and feelings under the carpet. Feel them, Embrace them, and know that you aren’t alone. Learn and grow with them. There is only one you and you should love and take care of that person. <3
