I did this: cinnamon rolls! I was craving them but i refuse to pay 6€ for one roll. Because it's so not a thing here so they are very rare and if you find them they are very expensive... I mean, 6€ looks like a lot to me for what is just a spicy brioche. Super delicious yes but still just a brioche! How much do you usually pay for these in the US?
Anyway... I've followed a recipe from a US girl living in France. (You can see it step by step if you scroll). They look kinda "skinny" compared to what i was expecting... And i think i've let them a tiny bit too long in the oven (lol) but they are not burned, just kinda caramelized on top. I've used concentrated milk for the icing and it was delicious!!! What do you think? Also, let me know if you have some tips for these as i will try again. Thanks friends... and bon appétit!😺 #YepSorryNotAboutCats
