ソイミート 　１００g
りんご 　１/８個
スタータースパイス　小さじ１
カスリメティ 　小さじ１
カレーパウダー 　小さじ１
ケチャップ 　小さじ２
メープルシロップ　　小さじ２
中濃ソース 　小さじ１
(追記: 生姜とニンニクは摺り下ろし、カスリメティは揉んで圧力かける前に入れて下さい)

Carrot 1, Onion 1, Mushroom(you like) 1 pack, Japanese curry paste 100g, Garlic 1 clove, Ginger 1(same amount of the garlic), Vegan meat 100g, Apple 1/8 piece, Curry starter spice 1tsp, Kasoori Methi 1tsp, Curry powder 1tsp, Ketchup 2tsp, Maple syrup 2tsp, Worcestershire sauce 1tsp.
