You know those days where it takes longer for you to shake that tired feeling, usually you think ‘maybe I’ll feel better after breakfast & a coffee,’ for the life of me today I can’t seem to shake it off 😅 my body is spent, aches EVERYWHERE 🤦🏾‍♂️ I really did go hard yesterday and Monday plus I still think I’m feeling my legs from Sunday’s 2hr+ bike ride 😬⁣

Here’s my plan, I will go hard on legs today then take a day off training tomorrow, for those of you who have asked how I can train 7 days a week, THIS is exactly what I do. I take a rest day spontaneously when required, that could mean a full 2 - 3 wk spell of continuous training but I do rest when needed. ⁣
