Most of the time I keep my eyes down when I see a mirror or even leave the lights off when I’m in the bathroom because I’m afraid of all the flaws that I’ll see. I don’t remember the last time I really looked at myself without judgment and talked kindly to my reflection. I have to admit these photos were really difficult for me to take and share. I have gained a few extra pounds over the past few months and haven’t been feeling as great about how I look.
