Universal Design Increases in Style, Availabiliy and Luxury

The term of Universal Design conveys an image of unattractive and institutional spaces required by Law. As more Americans move into their senior years and they face challenges to their ability to live independently, comfortably and safely but they hope to keep their luxurious lifestyles in their residence with universal design features. Ventus Design won the award in California 2013 and its concept of the luxury senior residence holds ideas of a safe, comfortable and luxury home. As many judges then said ”very sexy residence.”, it probably still shows many ideas for the universal design home today.
