Help us spread awareness about the sad statistics that six of the seven turtle species are now endangered and over 1 million marine animals — dolphins, fish, sharks, turtles and birds — are killed each year due to plastic debris in the ocean because kind people like this aren’t always around to cut these poor animals free from the nets that trap them. There‘s an estimated 150 million metric tons of plastic in oceans around the world...and nearly half of that plastic waste is fishing nets like this!
